Phone Number Consistency Checked

The worker’s phone number history is reviewed to confirm consistency over time. This helps ensure the worker has not repeatedly changed contact numbers to avoid previous employer contact or accountability.

Criminal Record Checks (For some roles)

Some roles (such as childcare, caregiving, or stay-in positions) may require additional screening checks. These are not police clearance certificates, but relevant record checks to support safer placements.
