These Employer Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the DomestiPro platform as an employer. By registering, posting jobs, or contacting workers on DomestiPro, you agree to these Terms.
1. About DomestiPro
DomestiPro is a platform that connects employers with domestic and home service workers. DomestiPro is not an employer, recruiter or employment agency and does not employ, manage or supervise workers.
2. Eligibility
To use DomestiPro as an employer, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
3. Employer User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide correct contact and profile details
- Keep your information up to date
- Communicate respectfully with workers
You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent job details.
4. Hiring & Engagement
- Employers independently select and engage workers
- All work terms (hours, pay, duties) are agreed directly between you and the worker
- DomestiPro does not guarantee suitability, performance, or availability of any worker
5. Verification & Trust Information
- Some workers on DomestiPro may display a Verified badge.
- Verification indicates that certain checks have been completed, which may include:
- Identity confirmation
- Phone number consistency review
- Reference checks with previous employers
- Role-based screening where applicable
Verification is a trust aid and not a guarantee of conduct, performance, or suitability.
6. Independent Verification Services
- DomestiPro may offer independent worker verification services for workers sourced outside the platform.
- Verification results are informational only
- Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions
7. Employer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Conducting interviews and final checks
- Ensuring safe and lawful working conditions
- Paying workers fairly and on time
- Complying with labour and employment laws
DomestiPro is not responsible for disputes, payments or employment outcomes.
8. Ratings & Reviews
- Employers may rate and review workers after engagements.
- Reviews must be honest and respectful
- DomestiPro may remove abusive or misleading reviews
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Post misleading or unlawful job listings
- Harass, discriminate against, or exploit workers
- Request illegal services
- Circumvent platform safeguards
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
10. Suspension & Termination
DomestiPro may suspend or terminate employer accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Receive repeated serious complaints
- Pose safety or trust risks
11. Limitation of Liability
DomestiPro is not liable for:
- Worker conduct or performance
- Losses, damages, or disputes
- Employment or payment issues
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the
DomestiPro Privacy Policy. Contact details are shared only as necessary to facilitate connections.
13. Changes to These Terms
DomestiPro may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
