1. General
DomestiPro provides digital services, including subscriptions and verification. Because these services involve administrative and verification work, refunds are limited.

2. Worker Subscriptions (Verification Included)
- All paid worker subscriptions include verification services.
- No refunds once verification has started
- Verification includes identity checks, phone number consistency checks, and reference checks
- Unused subscription time is not refundable
3. Refunds Before Verification Starts
A refund may be considered only if:

- Payment was made in error, and
- Verification has not yet started, and
- The request is made within 24 hours of payment
Refund approval is at DomestiPro’s discretion.

4. Employer Services
Payments for employer services (including urgent hire, assisted selection or independent worker verification) are:

- Non-refundable once service delivery has started
- Not refundable if hiring outcomes are unsuccessful
DomestiPro does not guarantee hiring results.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you made a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact DomestiPro within 48 hours with proof of payment. Valid cases may be refunded or credited.

6. Approved Refunds
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer
- Processing may take 5–10 working days
- Bank or transaction fees may be deducted
7. Policy Abuse
DomestiPro reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform is suspected.

DomestiPro may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
