2. Is DomestiPro an employer?

No. DomestiPro does not employ workers. You work independently and agree on job terms directly with employers.

3. How do I create a worker profile?

You start by creating a basic profile. To unlock more features and become verified, you can upgrade to a paid subscription.

4. What does “Verified” mean?

Verified means your identity has been checked, phone number consistency has been reviewed, last two employer references have been checked. Some roles may include extra screening. Verification helps employers hire safely and improves your chances of getting hired.

5. Is verification required?

Verification is optional, but verified workers are preferred by employers, appear higher in search results and can apply for posted jobs.

6. How much does verification cost?

Verification is included in all paid subscriptions. There is no separate verification fee.

7. How long is verification valid?

Verification is valid for the duration of your subscription (2, 3, or 6 months). When your subscription ends, the verified badge is removed.

8. Can I use bank deposit or EFT to pay?

Yes. You can pay using Bank cash deposit, EFT / bank transfer or pay securely online.

9. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are limited. Once verification has started, payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only if payment was made in error and verification has not started.
